1. By the Feedback tab on the right side of every page.
2. By Forum: If you have a question about the site or anything else in particular, someone may be able to help you with it at the forum if Goldlilys is busy. Get acquainted with the rest of anime, manga, and asian entertainment fans.
3. By Instant Messaging: Goldlilys is in the Pacific Time Zone so it might be hard to catch her if you are from a different part of the world. Also if the status says busy or not in, still try to IM her because she might be available. Do try not to spam Goldlilys though.
